1. Returns / Refunds

We accept returns only if the product you received is damaged.
To be eligible for a refund, you must email or contact us on the same day of delivery with evidence of the damage.

Important:
It is mandatory to record a video while opening the package on the day of delivery to claim any refund for a missing or damaged product.
once payment is done no cancellation option for that.

Once we receive the returned item:

  • We will inspect the product.
  • We will notify you via email within a reasonable timeframe.
  • If approved, we will refund the product price to your original payment method.

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
  • Sale items are non-refundable.

2. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if the product is defective or damaged.

To request an exchange:

3. Exceptions

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Products clearly marked as “non-returnable”
  • Brass Statues: Appearances, dimensions, and weights may vary due to handcrafted nature. No refund or exchange will be entertained for such variations.

4. Order Cancellation

To cancel your order:

  • Contact us within 15 hours of placing your order via email or phone.
  • If the order is already dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

A full refund will be issued only if cancellation is requested within the allowed time.


5. Return Shipping
